Presenter Information:

Cheryl A. Chester, Practice Leader-Organizational Effectiveness: Over 25 years of Talent Management experience. Specialties include Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Change Management.  Currently, Practice Leader, Organizational Effectiveness at Kardas-Larson, LLC a Human Resource Consulting Practice. She has provided thought leadership to senior leaders, implemented major change initiatives and has assisted with implementing business-focused development solutions.  Additionally, she has held leadership and organizational development positions in many sectors including financial services, utilities, manufacturing and not-for-profit and is currently providing consulting to a variety of clients. BS in Music Education from Nazareth College in Rochester and MS in Human Resources from SUNY Albany.
