ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH: GETTING FROM SMART TO HEALTHY

Many organizations struggle to gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace despite having a staff that is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced. It is now known that the difference between a mediocre organization and an exceptional one lies not in the organization’s collective intelligence, but rather, in its level of organizational health. Other factors being equal, it is those organizations who function in a highly cohesive way that rise to the top of any industry. In this half-day workshop, you will learn about the importance of organizational health to your team’s success and discover strategies for putting this powerful advantage to work for your non-profit.
