MAKE YOUR GRANT STAND OUT FROM THE REST! RBA FOR GRANT WRITING

Funders support organizations that aim to make a difference in the community. If you can identify results and use these to describe, plan, operate and evaluate your program you will be more successful in obtaining grants. This training teaches participants how to identify results based on the nature of the RFP or RFQ used - paying attention to the needs of the community that justify the investment; how investing in a particular combination of resources and activities will achieve the desired outcome(s); and how the proposed measures of how much is done, how well it is done, and in what way clients are better off. The measurement system is presented as a way to monitor and evaluate the program proposed. This two part training is interactive and includes homework and technical assistance in between sessions.
